- 2 c. cooked and pureed squash (summer squash or winter squash equally good)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bacon, partially cooked (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except bacon.

2Put into a buttered baking dish.

3Top with bacon.

4Bake in a 400° oven about 20 minutes or until done.
