- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated (optional for color)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Slice and parboil squash.

2Drain.

3Mix soup, sour cream, onion, carrot, salt and pepper with squash.

4Mix dressing and melted butter. Place 3/4 of dressing in pan.

5Put squash mixture on top.

6Top with remaining dressing.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
