Ingredients

  • 4 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow squash, cooked and mashed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup*
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 pt. sour cream*
  • 1 stick margarine (for cornbread stuffing)
  • 1 stick margarine (to saute onions and carrots)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing

Directions

    Mix stuffing with 1 stick of margarine and set aside.

    Saute onions and carrots until soft.

    Mix soup and sour cream and then add to squash, carrots and onion.
