- 2 cans cream of chicken soup*
- 4 grated carrots
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 pt. sour cream*
- 1 stick margarine (for cornbread stuffing)
- 1 stick margarine (to saute onions and carrots)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
Directions

1Mix stuffing with 1 stick of margarine and set aside.

2Saute onions and carrots until soft.

3Mix soup and sour cream and then add to squash, carrots and onion.
