- 2 c. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 3/4 c. crushed crackers
- salt and pepper
- 1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 beaten egg
- fried bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Cook squash, onions and bell pepper with salt and pepper in small amount of water until tender; drain.

2Mix soup, milk, egg, cheese and cracker crumbs.

3Layer with squash mixture in a casserole.

4Top with bacon and more cheese.

5Bake at 375° until done.
