- 2 cans squash, drained, or 4 c. cooked squash
- 1/2 c. minced onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix squash, onions, bread crumbs and mushroom soup.

2Beat egg and fold into mixture.

3Pour into greased 2-quart flat casserole dish.

4Spread cracker crumbs over top; dot with margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
