Squash Casserole

  • 2 cans squash, drained, or 4 c. cooked squash
  • 1/2 c. minced onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix squash, onions, bread crumbs and mushroom soup.

    Beat egg and fold into mixture.

    Pour into greased 2-quart flat casserole dish.

    Spread cracker crumbs over top; dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
