- 2 c. yellow squash, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 carrot, grated (optional)
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- salt and pepper to suit taste
Directions

1Drain squash and mash.

2Add soup, sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.

3Lightly grease casserole dish with margarine. Layer stuffing and squash mixture alternately with stuffing on bottom and top.

4Dot with margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
