  • 8 to 9 yellow crookneck squash, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 onions, finely minced or grated
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix

    In saucepan, barely cover squash with water and cook until tender but not mushy.

    Drain thoroughly in colander.
