- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 grated carrot
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix stuffing as directed on package.

2Grease a casserole dish and pat in packaged stuffing (save some to sprinkle on top).

3Mix squash, soup, sour cream and carrot together.

4Spread squash mixture over stuffing.

5Dot with butter pats and sprinkle with leftover stuffing.

6Bake in oven at 350° for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
