- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Cut squash in small amounts for boiling.

2Drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.

3Pour into buttered casserole dish.

4Place remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 350° until it bubbles and cheese on top is melted, about 20 to 25 minutes.
