  • 2 or 3 lb. sliced fresh squash, boiled and drained or 2 pkg. frozen sliced squash
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 10 or 15 crushed Ritz or saltine crackers
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Place in buttered, square Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for about one hour or until browned.
