- 2 cans squash, drained, or freshly boiled squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated (optional)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
- 1 small can water chestnuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except stuffing and margarine. Mix stuffing with melted butter.

2Put 1 cup of stuffing in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

3Top with squash mixture.

4Add remaining stuffing mixture to top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
