- 6 to 8 medium squash
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 10 crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash and slice squash; boil until tender.

2Drain and mash. Add onion, eggs and crackers; mix well.

3In a 1-quart pot, melt butter and Velveeta cheese over low heat.

4Add milk and 1 cup of grated cheese.

5Pour into squash mixture.

6Stir well.

7Pour into baking dish.

8Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
