Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh, canned or frozen squash, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 small can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook squash until tender.

    Drain.

    Mix all other ingredients together with squash.

    Place in a greased baking pan.

    Cook casserole about 30 or 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top in a 350° oven.
