- 3 c. fresh, canned or frozen squash, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 small can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix all other ingredients together with squash.

4Place in a greased baking pan.

5Cook casserole about 30 or 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top in a 350° oven.
