  • 1 1/2 lb. sharp Colby cheese
  • 2 cans cooked yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped and cooked
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain squash almost completely. Cook onion and mix in soup and sour cream.

    Add dressing mix with seasoning, then add to melted butter.

    Place 1/2 of dressing in casserole dish, placing rest of ingredients in, except cheese.

    Put rest of dressing mix on, then grated cheese.
