- 6 c. sliced yellow squash
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water for 15 minutes and drain.

2Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

3Stir in shredded carrot.

4Fold in drained squash and onion.

5Combine stuffing mix and butter.

6Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

7Spoon vegetables mix on top.

8Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
