- Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- bell pepper
- frozen peas
- red onion, sliced
- 1 c. salad dressing
Directions

1Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.

2Layer chopped broccoli, celery and bell pepper.

3Spread with frozen peas.

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Slice red onions and spread out over the top of peas. Mix salad dressing and sugar.

6Spread over the top of onions. Sprinkle with cheese.

7Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
