Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. yellow squash
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Clean, slice and boil squash until tender.

    Drain squash and mix with other ingredients.

    Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
