  • 6 c. squash (yellow or zucchini)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine

    Drain.

    soup, sour cream and carrots in a separate bowl.

    Stir in drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing

    mix with margarine; spread half of stuffing mix

    in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Spoon vegetable mixture

    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
