- 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 slices toast, cubed
Directions

1Boil squash until tender, drain.

2Place in shallow casserole dish.

3Add chopped eggs, onion, green peppers, salt and pepper. Place cubes of toast on top.

4Dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven until onions and peppers are tender.
