  • 1 bag herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 4 c. cooked squash
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 red pimento, chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

    Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix.

    Spread 1/2 in casserole dish.

    Combine squash, carrot, onion, pimento and sugar. Spread mixture over stuffing mix.

    Combine soup with sour cream and spread over squash.

    Spread other 1/2 stuffing mix over top. Bake at 350° to 400° for 25 minutes.
