  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cornbread
  • cheese
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Bring squash and onions to a boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Blend together cream of chicken soup, milk, cornbread and butter and mix with squash/onions.

    Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
