- 2 medium size yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Cheddar cheese
- Ritz crackers
Directions

1Dice squash and onion and cook until done.

2Pour off excess water.

3Add to squash and onion, one can of cream of chicken soup. Mix well.

4Pour into a casserole dish; top with grated Cheddar cheese and crumbled Ritz crackers.

5Bake at 325° for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (or until bubbly).
