  • 3 c. or 3 pkg. frozen squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 (20 oz.) jar chopped pimento
  • Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Directions

    Cook squash with one chopped onion.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Add chicken soup (undiluted), carrots, pimento and sour cream.

    Put in greased 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish.

    Top with herb dressing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
