- 1 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained well
- 1 lb. zucchini squash, cooked and drained well
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small box sliced Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and add 1/2 box Stove Top stuffing (cornbread or herb).

2Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.

3Add other 1/2 of stuffing mix.

4Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
