- 2 lb. cooked squash, drained
- 2 medium grated carrots
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar drained and chopped pimentos
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add stuffing; mix until stuffing is coated with margarine.

3Put a thick layer of the mixture in casserole dish, saving some for the top.

4Mix thoroughly the first 6 ingredients.

5Pour on top of first layer.

6Put the rest of the stuffing mixture on top; bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling and brown.
