  • 1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread mix
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. cooked mashed squash
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Mix with cornbread mix.

    Divide in half.

    Mix half with squash and other ingredients.

    Pour into a greased casserole.

    Top with remaining crumbs and bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
