Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 medium size squash
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Drain squash and mash with a fork.

    Use 1/2 as much bread crumbs as squash.

    Add remaining ingredients along with margarine last (melted).

    Mix well and cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
