- 5 medium size squash
- bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Drain squash and mash with a fork.

2Use 1/2 as much bread crumbs as squash.

3Add remaining ingredients along with margarine last (melted).

4Mix well and cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
