- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 stick oleo
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. crushed crackers
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain.

3Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper and oleo; mix.

4Add cracker crumbs, milk, egg and 1/2 the cheese.

5Mix.

6Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
