Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Mix ingredients except cheese, paprika and parsley.

2Toss gently until well mixed.

3Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

4Remove from oven; sprinkle grated cheese on top.

5Sprinkle paprika on top of cheese.

6Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7Remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
