  • 3 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • cracker crumbs
