  • 3 medium size squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Slice and parboil squash for 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Mix in a large bowl, soup, sour cream and onion.

    Stir into drained squash.

    Melt margarine in skillet and stir into stuffing mix.

    Put squash into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, top with stuffing mix and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
