- 3 medium size squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Slice and parboil squash for 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Mix in a large bowl, soup, sour cream and onion.

2Stir into drained squash.

3Melt margarine in skillet and stir into stuffing mix.

4Put squash into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, top with stuffing mix and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
