- 2 lb. squash
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled up
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender, 8 to 15 minutes.

2Drain and mash.

3Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4Place in ovenproof dish.

5Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
