- 6 small or 3 large yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut squash into pieces and cook with small onion until tender. Drain and mash.

2Add eggs (beaten) and milk.

3Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.

4Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
