  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 4 to 5 yellow squash, cooked and sliced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
