  • 2 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions
