- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 c. whipping cream (optional)
Directions

1Cook in double boiler until thickened.

2When cooled, add cream, if used.

3Use over fruit.
