Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. crumbled cornbread
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash.

2Chop onion and saute lightly in margarine.

3Mash squash with fork.

4Combine onion and margarine (it was sauteed in) with slightly beaten eggs.

5Add cream of chicken soup (undiluted), mashed squash, cornbread, salt and pepper.

6Mix well and pour into greased casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

8Yield: 6 servings.
