Ingredients

  • 2 c. squash, boiled
  • 2 c. corn bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • pinch of sage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Slice squash and mix with all other ingredients.

    Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
