  • 2 c. grated, raw summer squash
  • 1/4 c. onion, grated
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Drop by tablespoon onto oiled griddle and cook on medium heat until lightly browned.

    Turn and brown other side.

    Serve immediately.
