- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. dark molasses
- 1 c. pureed, cooked winter squash
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

3Mix oil, molasses and squash puree.

4Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt.

5Stir together wet and dry ingredients and raisins.

6Drop into muffin cups and bake 18 to 20 minutes.
