- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- salt to taste
Directions

1Combine beef and onion and microwave 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice, tomato sauce, celery and salt to taste.

2Stuff the peppers and place each on a square of plastic wrap. Twist the corners together.

3Place into a casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap.

4Microwave for 8 minutes.
