  • 2 c. onions
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

    Combine first 4 ingredients; let stand 1 hour.

    Bring remaining ingredients to boil.
