- 8 c. squash, cubed
- 4 c. onions, cubed
- 2 large bell peppers, cubed
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Let squash, onion and pepper set in salt and water 1 hour, then drain.

2Mix the sugar, vinegar and celery and mustard seeds. Bring to a boil.

3Pour over squash mixture and let boil 3 minutes.

4Place in sterilized jars and seal.
