  • 8 c. squash, cubed
  • 4 c. onions, cubed
  • 2 large bell peppers, cubed
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Let squash, onion and pepper set in salt and water 1 hour, then drain.

    Mix the sugar, vinegar and celery and mustard seeds. Bring to a boil.

    Pour over squash mixture and let boil 3 minutes.

    Place in sterilized jars and seal.
