- 8 c. yellow squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 6 bell or banana peppers
Directions

1Mix squash and onions with salt and leave in refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix and bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, celery seeds and bell peppers. Add squash mixture and put into pint jars and seal.
