- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. onions, thinly sliced
- 2 small jars pimientos
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix squash, onions and salt.

2Cover with water.

3Let stand 2 hours.

6Bring to a hard boil. Add squash mixture. Bring to a second boil.
