- 6 qt. chunky cut yellow squash
- 6 medium onions, diced
- 4 sweet peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. salt
- 5 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. white mustard seed
Directions

1Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, turmeric and mustard seed. Place vegetables in a non-metal container.

2Sprinkle salt over top and let stand 3 hours.

3Rinse with cold water.
