- 3 cucumbers, sliced
- 8 thinly sliced squash
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 bell peppers, cut into rings
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Combine squash and onions.

2Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 1 hour.

3Combine vinegar, sugar, bell pepper rings and seed. Bring to a boil in a saucepan; add squash and onions and cucumbers. Bring to a boil again.

4Put in jars and seal.

5Better if chilled before serving.
