- 2 c. squash
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cook squash until tender and water evaporates.

2Measure out 2 cups squash.

3Add margarine while squash is hot; add other ingredients.

4Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

5Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.

6Best when completely cool!!
