Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 squash
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook squash until done.

    Drain and mash.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° until they turn brown.

    Makes 2 pies.
