- 1 1/4 c. cooked and strained squash
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix sugar and spices.

2Add squash, slightly beaten eggs and milk gradually.

3Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake at 450° for 10 minutes to set the rim.

4Turn oven down to 350° and finish baking for about 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
